VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS – CUSTOM PLAN & FEES
A custom program will be created to target your individual needs to grow your hair back and reduce future hair loss.
*$200 Fee for Virtual Consultations,
*$150 Fee for Virtual Follow-Ups, Phone Meetings, Q&A.
*Required to book all office, in-person, phone follow-ups, phone appointments, video appointments and other (credit card required).
*Non-refundable. 24-Hour Cancellation Required – Rebook Allowed.

What To Expect On Your First Visit
$150 Fee for Virtual Discovery Appointment
After your Virtual Consultaton, your next appointment will be a Discovery Appointment. During this appointment, we will go over your test results and discuss in detail your diagnosis and address your concerns.
$150 Fee for Virtual Treatment Plan Appointment
After your Discovery Appointment, your next appointment will be a Treatment Plan Appointment. During this appointment, we will review your concerns and create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically for you. You’ll receive a detailed plan that you can follow, and we can also discuss collaborating with a doctor on certain issues to help you move forward effectively.
All virtual appointments are confidential. When needed, we may collaborate with other practitioners—like doctors, aestheticians, or dermatologists (examples of professionals I’ve worked with). A signed release form is required for any collaboration.
*All Trichology Exam Fees, Virtual Consultation/Appointment Fees (and the like) are non-refundable.
Some fees may be applied towards full service hair loss restoration packages if you decide to move forward.
Please discuss in advance with Trichologist, Dawn Bacchi.
Service fees, plan package pricing and product costs, will be discussed in person and is based on your analysis and individualized plan.

WORKING TOGETHER AS A TEAM
This is a marathon not a race. If you follow the recommended plan and instructions, you will grow hair … but it will take discipline, consistency and dedication to see results.

*Cell Well-Being Test
Cell Wellbeing Diagnostic Test
$400 for 2 Tests – Taken 90 days apart.
High Frequency – 15 minutes $35+
High Frequency current will stimulate blood flow and help calm nerves. This treatment will improve Follicular health.
Alma TED – $1000 per treatment
Alma TED is an innovative procedure that uses acoustic sound waves and air pressure to drive hair signal molecules past our protective layer of skin down to the dermis, providing needle-free and pain-free hair restoration (no surgery needed!). TED stands for transepidermal drug delivery.
